We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us at support@bitrip.com with your order number, and we’ll walk you through the process.
- Return method: Returns are made by mail.
- Return shipping: The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.
- Restocking fee: A $5 restocking fee applies to all returns and will be deducted from your refund.
- Refund timing: Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 15 business days, credited to your original payment method.
